be and remain the property of Parago and the sponsors of relevant promotions, as appropriate (the "Sponsors"). Such disclosure,
submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to Parago or the Sponsors, as appropriate, of all worldwide
rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thus, Parago or the Sponsors
will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise,
of any Comments. Neither Parago nor the Sponsors shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any of your or any user's Comments in

You agree and warrant that Comments submitted by you to the Site do not violate any right of any third party,

Jurisdictional Issues

Parago and its services, and assisting in the promotion of our client's products and services that are available in the United States.
We control and operate this site from our offices in Dallas and Coppell, Texas, U.S.A. We make no claims that our content is appropriate
for use outside of the United States. If you choose to use this site from outside of the United States, you are solely responsible for
compliance with your local laws.
Choice of Law; Arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving
effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms or
arising out of this site shall be resolved through biding arbitration using the then current rules of the American Arbitration Association,
in Dallas, Texas and the resulting decisions may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction. This means that if you have a grievance
with us, you cannot take us to court. You can address such grievances through arbitration only and you are hereby consenting to do it in Dallas,
Texas, using Texas' laws (without regard to Texas' conflicts of laws). If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms (or reformable, if necessary), and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions. Alternatively, such provision may also be modified to the extent necessary for its validity.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Parago be liable for any special or consequential
damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if Parago or a Parago authorized representative
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall Parago's total liability to you for all

About IP Addresses
An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer
whenever you are on the World Wide Web. Your computer can be identified on the Internet through
your IP address. We use your IP address for the purposes of system administration, to help diagnose
problems with our server, and to report aggregate information to our advertisers and partners. When
visitors request pages from our site, our servers log the IP address of each visitor. We do not link IP
addresses to a visitor's personally identifiable information unless such visitor registers with us. This
